Rosacea is a chronic skin disorder characterized by abnormal neurovasculature and inflammation in the central region of face. The efficacy pulsed-dye laser intense pulse light treatments for rosacea have been demonstrated several clinical trials. However, long-pulsed alexandrite (LPAL) therapy alone to relieve facial redness has not yet studied. To evaluate LPAL on assess changes microbiota composition. Subjects with (n=21, mean age: 39.2±11.3 years) were recruited from two medical institutions received monthly (Clarity II™, Lutronic Corp.) 3 months.
